Additionally, all orders will receive an order confirmation email which is sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. You may also reply directly to this order confirmation email, which includes your order number and contact information, and makes finding your order a breeze.

*Note: before charging your headlamp for the first time, please remove the batteries from the battery compartment, unwrap the sealed plastic wrapping (which is there to protect the batteries during shipping and keep them fresh while in transit), and then reinsert the batteries into the compartment to charge before use.
