I fish a lot at night on rivers. A quality DEPENDABLE light is a must (also recommend at least one backup). I have tried many many lights, I have box of old lights that did not measure up or quit when I needed it most.
A fishing buddy introduced me to the ultra lumens light and it is a keeper. He has used his for almost a year and I have really become dependent on mine. Quality lighting, good fit, rechargeable in the boat if needed. Great for the environment and wallet with recharging capability.
